SUMMARY:Southern Adirondack Homesteading Festival
DESCRIPTION:The first annual Southern Adirondack Homesteading Festival will be held at Washington County Fairgrounds in Greenwich May 19 – 21. The event will feature Pork Rhyne “The Park Evangelist\,” an international livestock educator and farm marketing coach who has trained over 5\,000 fulltime farmers and homesteaders. The event will also include self-guided tours throughout Washington County\, and a diverse set of classes and hands-on workshops\, including beekeeping\, mushroom farming\, meat rabbits\, gardening\, grains\, pruning\, soap making\, butter making\, cheese making\, and more.
