Kirk co-founded Turning Point USA (TPUSA) in 2012 at age 18, establishing the organization to advance free markets, limited government, and constitutional values. Under his leadership, TPUSA grew rapidly, expanding to college campuses nationwide and developing conferences, speaker tours, and extensive digital media initiatives. It became one of the most visible youth-oriented conservative groups in the United States.
