Hi, I’m Alexandria Carrion, Select Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services, and I help businesses make sense of the often-confusing world of employee benefits, without the jargon and headaches that usually come with it.

I work closely with local businesses to review their current benefits, identify opportunities for improvement, and build strategies that support both their team and their budget. While I’m backed by the resources and tools of USI, what matters most to me is providing personal, hands-on support and being someone my clients can actually call when they have questions.

Using USI ONE™, our analytics and strategy platform, I’m able to dig into the details and uncover smarter ways for organizations to manage healthcare costs, stay compliant, and offer benefits that help attract and retain great employees.
