About

Amanda Pelfrey

I’m Amanda Pelfrey, owner of Vianova Construction, a new general contracting company in Saratoga Springs.

While Vianova is new, I'm not new to construction. I spent nearly a decade in commercial construction, managing projects ranging from renovations to complex design $23 million new build work.

For those who don’t know, a general contractor is responsible for everything that happens between the drawings and the finished project. We coordinate with the owner, architect, engineers, design team, and tradesmen that bring the project to life. We are the glue that holds the project together and our leadership sets the tone for the entire job.

Vianova's "New Way" of construction grew from my approach to projects throughout my career using clear communication, fairness, and respect. I believe good leadership can make a complicated process feel manageable.

Outside of work, my curiosity leads me into all sorts of hobbies. I might be skiing, reading, photographing nature, baking bread, or exploring a new place. I'm always looking to learn something new.
