Amanda Pelfrey

I’m Amanda Pelfrey, owner of Vianova Construction in Saratoga Springs, New York. I started Vianova with a simple belief: construction can be done better.

With nearly a decade of commercial general contracting experience, I’ve managed projects across high-end residential, healthcare, education, government, municipal, senior living, and food service construction. I’ve worked on everything from smaller renovations to complex design-build projects valued at more than $23 million.

Today, I focus on large residential renovations and small commercial projects where planning, coordination, and attention to detail really matter. I see the general contractor as the link between the owner, design team, and trades. That means strong leadership and clear communication can make a big difference.

The name Vianova comes from Latin words meaning “new way.” It reflects my approach: fairness, adaptability, balance, and a well-organized process. Construction has enough surprises. I’d rather not be one of them.
