Amber Bergman

From a very young age, I have had a love for helping and connecting with others. I believe that human connection is the life breath of our society. It is the foundation upon which all other experiences are built. Understanding how our connections impact us is essential in our quest for belonging, love, productivity, success and transformation. Along the path of our life’s journey, we inevitably fall out of connection with others, and at times ourselves. It can be hard and scary to find our way back to ourselves; to find the light in the dark. It is in these darkest moments that we must remember—we are not alone. All we need is the courage to reach out and the willingness to keep going until the light returns once again.
