Bill Dingman - My name is Bill Dingman and I'm the district operations manager in the Capital Region for Spot Coffee.

We have a beautiful cafe setting, with award winning, locally roasted coffee, a beautiful setting, with some awesome artists, and this historic building in Glens Falls, New York. And much of our company is in the Buffalo region, which many people don't know about. And, again, we focus on that high level, upper level, coffee cafe experience with a full array of breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu options.

So, something that a lot of folks don't know about me is that I have a side business, Bottom Line Business Consulting, and we provide small business consultation, primarily focused on liquor license writing, as well as employee handbooks, policy and procedure writing, and financial analysis.
