Carissa Conley

I’m Carissa—Managing Partner, CPA, and the person who actually enjoys reading the tax code (yes, really). With over 18 years of CPA experience and six years as an auditor, I help clients navigate complex tax rules, IRS guidance, and multi-state regulations without losing sleep—or money.

I believe great tax advice starts with understanding your business. I take the time to learn how you operate, stay on top of ever-changing federal and state laws, and turn all that information into proactive strategies that reduce taxes, maximize profit, and support long-term growth. I work with privately owned businesses, investors, and business owners across the country, spanning industries from real estate and private equity to restaurants, tech, and professional practices.

I’m passionate about lifelong learning and bring that mindset into the firm by encouraging our team to keep growing, evolving, and staying ahead of the curve. I hold a BS in Accounting from Bloomsburg University, a CPA license, and completed Upstream Academy’s Emerging Leaders program—because great advisors never stop learning.
