I lead business development at Total Benefit Management (TBM), which is a fancy way of saying I help businesses stop losing sleep over payroll, HR, and compliance nightmares. I love smart sales strategies, but I love people more—so my goal is always simple: make complex HR stuff feel human, helpful, and (dare I say) painless.

At TBM, we’re small enough to actually know your name and agile enough to keep up as your business grows. When you call us, a real person answers. Wild concept, I know. We give small and mid-size businesses the kind of HR expertise usually reserved for corporate giants, without the giant headaches.

When I’m not helping employers run smoother payrolls and stay compliant, I serve as Board President of Athletic Haven. Athletic Haven offers free and low‑cost youth sports programs to ensure all kids can access high‑quality athletic training regardless of financial barriers. It focuses on skill development, confidence building, teamwork, and community involvement.

Community matters to me. Whether it’s helping kids stay active or helping businesses run confidently, I’m all about creating positive impact with accuracy, heart, and maybe a little humor along the way.
