Chloe Hanson

I’m Chloe Hanson, a Business Development Specialist with GTM Payroll & HR, helping organizations find smarter ways to manage their people and workplaces. Based in New York’s Capital Region, I work with businesses on payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, leave management, time and attendance, and other workforce solutions.

My background combines full-cycle sales experience with a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. That combination gives me a unique perspective on both the business side of workforce management and the people who make organizations successful.

I also enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with the next generation. As an Adjunct Professor of Liberal Arts at Bryant & Stratton College, I teach and stay actively involved in our local academic community.

Whether I’m building a business relationship, solving a workforce challenge, or helping a student think about their career, I’m passionate about connecting people with the right resources and opportunities.
