Most people think leadership training is about learning how to manage others. I teach leaders how to manage themselves first—because real change starts within.

The biggest thing I’ve done? Helping construction and nonprofit leaders break free from command-and-control mindsets—and create high-performing, values-aligned teams that actually work together.

I was a full-time IT consultant for years before making the leap into leadership coaching. Turns out, upgrading systems and upgrading people require the same thing: clarity, structure, and accountability.
