Hi, I'm Dagmar Trippen, founder of Dagmar Trippen Consulting LLC.

Most business owners are experts in what they do. They are not necessarily experts in the business of doing business.

And they don’t need to be. That’s my wheelhouse.

I bring more than 35 years of experience across industries, business functions, and sales channels to entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses that need an experienced outside perspective.

Sometimes the problem isn't where you think it is. What looks like a marketing problem may actually be positioning. A sales problem may start much earlier in the customer journey. And sometimes there isn't a problem at all. There's hidden potential sitting right in front of you that nobody has recognized yet.

That's the value of breadth. I don't come in with one lens or a predetermined solution. I look at the whole business, connect what others often see in isolation, and bring knowledge and ideas you may not have had access to before.
