I'm David MacIntosh, a Chef turned Sales consultant for Ginsberg's Foods.  My specialty is problem solving pain points for Chefs and Owners in the food and beverage industry.  I won the 2019 Albany Food and Wine festival Rising Star Chef with the highest score for that year.  I'm a left handed perfectionist who uses back-of-house experience to help restaurant owners make money and capitalize on quality foods and products.  Ginsberg's foods is a family owned (4th generation) food service supplier out of Hudson NY, with employees from all ends of the culinary spectrum.  We carry everything to become your partner in culinary excellence!
