Hello! I'm Devon Devlin, I grew up in Queensbury and have recently moved back to Glens Falls with my family. I have over 10 years of Business Operations and Project Management experience in managing complex projects and teams, delivering measurable impact, and driving business growth.

What's your bailiwick? (your specialty)?
I approach everything with a "people first" mindset. One of my key strengths is my ability to ensure that each team member understands their direct contribution to the company's objectives. I accomplish this by instilling an ownership mindset and fostering trust and accountability, which are foundational pillars of high-performing teams. My leadership style prioritizes transparency, collaboration, and communication, enabling me to build strong relationships with team members at all levels of the organization.

What's the most awesome thing you've accomplished in your business so far?
I've had a direct hand in establishing and scaling operations while expanding some high-growth global companies that you may be familiar with (Spotify, WeWork), and some you may not know, yet... (Citizen). My proudest accomplishment is the work that I did to enable Spotify's launch in Japan in 2016.

What's a little-known fact about you that might surprise us?
I graduated at top of my class with a degree in Recording Arts Technology and I am a certified Pro Tools operator. I still dream of owning and managing a recording studio someday.
