Welcome to Caliva Cookie Co. and the great tradition of Italian baking!

My name is Eileen and I'm the founder and owner of Caliva Cookie Co. Quarantined at home, I found a generations-old family cookie recipe and began to bake. Unsatisfied with the Big Co. junk-filled alternatives and unwilling to compromise flavor, I was determined to make a wholesome twice-baked cookie using only healthy and local ingredients. So, I began to practice baking slicing and baking again and finally came up with a delicious light and crispy cookie that everyone loved. My products are included in Taste NY and are offered at several local stores in the capital district. All my products are baked to order and would appreciate at least a 2-day notice and 5-day notice for special orders. I also offer biscotti favors and cookie trays for your special event. I love sharing the joy and pleasure brought by high quality Italian baking from my warm oven to you. I offer all natural and fresh baked biscotti and cookies and I strive to find fresh new flavors and ideas everyday.

I'm also a marketing specialist with extensive experience in marketing, developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites. Strong Administrative support of front-end activities, as well as behind-the-scenes operational activities for both internal and external customers. Key strengths include excellent organizational skills and effective time management, Expertise in a wide variety of social media platforms as well as excellent office skills, including: MS Windows, Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
