Ellie Jent

Hey I'm Ellie, the Chief Development Officer at JCEO of Clinton and Franklin Counties. At JCEO, my role is focused on identifying community and agency needs and fostering the elements necessary to meet those needs. 

This involves coordinating agency fundraisers and events and assisting with securing grants and donations. I also oversee the agency social media and website presence, manage advertising and branding initiatives, produce agency publications, and oversee the Community Action Angels volunteer group.

I currently serve on the City of Plattsburgh Zoning Board of Appeals, the Board of Directors for Friends of the North Country, and as the Chair for the City of Plattsburgh Climate Task Force. I find great value in collaboration and engagement, and believe participation is the single most critical component to building strong, resilient communities.

For fun, I design websites and freelance photography and physical art.
