Hi, I’m Erin Mark.

I'm a national keynote speaker, and TEDx speaker.

I was born with cystic fibrosis, a fatal genetic illness, and grew up knowing my life would likely be cut short, a reality that shaped how I experience time, pressure, and what it means to truly live.

At 35, I entered end-life stage, a moment held between grief for what was ending and gratitude for what remained.

And then, at the last moment, everything changed. A breakthrough drug saved my life.

Now, in what I call my bonus years, I’m on a mission to teach what dying taught me about resilience, urgency, and how to keep moving forward when life doesn’t go as planned.

I work with sales teams to build trust and perform under pressure, healthcare teams to reconnect with why they started and create patient experiences that reflect that, and organizations who feel burned out and need a reset.

It gives teams a practical way to stay grounded under pressure, navigate change, and move forward with clarity, even when outcomes are uncertain.

If I weren’t on stage, I’d probably be on a game show somewhere. After appearing on Press Your Luck on ABC, I’m always up for the thrill of taking a chance.
