Hello, I'm Francine Apy.

Adoption invites us to see our stories through another lens—one that honors truth, complexity, connection, and the possibility of flourishing. Through SoulFilling, I support individuals and organizations with practical tools, grounded insight, and compassionate guidance that strengthen well-being across the adoption journey.

I created SoulFilling because the adoption landscape continues to evolve. With more adoption-competent therapy, stronger laws, increased openness, and more voices across the triad being heard, we have a real opportunity to expand the conversation. One that includes flourishing, resilience, mindset, and emotional well-being—alongside life’s challenges and nuances. This work isn’t about overlooking any part of our story; it’s about living all of it with greater clarity, strength, and ease.

For more than 25 years, I’ve seen how understanding, communication, identity awareness, and therapeutic support help adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive parents build healthier relationships. My work is shaped by both lived and professional experience—as a mother of three through adoption and as a leader in HR, coaching, and professional development.

Whether you’re raising your family through adoption or not, having support on the parenting journey can make all the difference. My coaching offers a thoughtful, encouraging space to reflect, reset, and grow—always through the lens of real-life parenting. For those parenting through adoption, we gently add that extra lens into the conversation, helping you navigate what’s in front of you with confidence and care.

I’m here to support you in showing up as the parent you already are, with more clarity, confidence, and tools to grow through whatever season you’re in. Together, we’ll lean on faith, mindset, and resilience to help you parent with purpose and peace.

• Multi-decade lived adoption parenting experience

Scope of Practice

• Coaching is not therapy, clinical counseling, or legal advice
• Focuses on reflection, clarity, communication, resilience, and perspective
• Encourages licensed clinical support when appropriate
