Gabriella Brumaghim

Hi! My name is Gabriella Brumaghim and I am a Mental Health Therapist in Queensbury.

I focus strongly on the therapeutic relationship and connecting with each client in order to create a comfortable, supportive, and encouraging environment that facilitates growth. I provide individual therapy for adults dealing with a wide variety of concerns, but most commonly focus on: anxiety, life stressors/transitions, self-esteem, relationship problems, trauma, and depression.

I aim to offer a nonjudgmental space for clients to express their inner thoughts and feelings while developing healthy coping skills to effectively manage their emotional distress. My approach is geared towards helping individuals discover the root of what is bringing them to therapy through insight development and self-reflection.
