Jake Van Ness

Hi, I’m Jake Van Ness, founder and principal designer of Graphic Precision in Queensbury, New York. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped businesses stand out with thoughtful design, strategic marketing, and high-quality print materials that make a lasting impression.

I specialize in print design and production, from postcards and brochures to direct mail campaigns like Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM). While the marketing world has become increasingly digital, I believe print still plays a powerful role in a well-rounded campaign when it’s backed by great design and smart strategy.

In recent years, I’ve also supported virtual trainings and conferences through Elevated Virtual, providing behind-the-scenes production so presenters can focus on their message while everything runs smoothly.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring the Adirondacks through hiking, camping, fishing, and photography. I also enjoy connecting with fellow creatives through podcasting, including more than 150 episodes of The Rookie Designer Podcast and an upcoming show, Creavo Cast.

I enjoy working closely with clients, helping them present their businesses with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
