Hey, I’m Josh Trombley, and I run Hornbeck Boats, where we craft ultralight Adirondack pack boats from Kevlar, giving paddlers the freedom to explore waters they’ve only dreamed of. Funny thing—before marrying my wife, I’d never paddled a boat, and now I’ve logged thousands of miles! My favorite part? Seeing people at our demo pond light up when they realize just how easy and fun our boats are to use. Oh, and we’ve been at it for 50 years—talk about staying afloat!
