I work as a Business Insurance & Employee Benefits Producer at GTM Insurance Agency in Clifton Park, NY, which means I spend my days helping business owners make sense of things like commercial insurance and employee benefits without needing a second cup of coffee just to survive the conversation.

My job is essentially to translate “insurance language” into something humans can actually use, ideally before anyone’s eyes glaze over. I help companies find coverage and benefits solutions that actually fit their goals, their budget, and their real-world risks, not just whatever sounds good on paper until something goes wrong.

A lot of what I do comes down to asking the right questions, spotting gaps people didn’t realize were there, and making sure businesses aren’t caught off guard when life does what it does best: surprise everyone.

Think of me as part advisor, part problem-solver, and part professional over-explainer of why “you’re probably going to want coverage for that” is usually solid advice.
