Hi, I’m Justin Bressette, Agent with New York Life in Plattsburgh, NY, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor. My professional focus is helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most and build financial strategies that stand the test of time.

Outside the office, I teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where discipline, preparation, and resilience are part of everyday training. Those same principles shape how I approach financial planning: thoughtful strategy, steady commitment, and confidence under pressure.
