Hi, I’m Justin Murray, a sales and business development professional with more than 20 years of experience helping businesses grow through strong relationships, thoughtful problem solving, and practical strategy.

At NEPCO, I work with veterinarians, breeders, retailers, and pet owners to provide eco-friendly bedding and litter products that are safe for animals and responsible for the environment. For nearly 60 years, NEPCO has been a pioneer in wood-fiber bedding, producing products made from sustainably harvested, unrefined wood fibers that are all-natural, dust-free, biodegradable, and chemical-free.

I’m passionate about helping customers find solutions that support healthier living environments for animals while also protecting the world they live in. It’s work that connects two things people care deeply about: the well-being of their pets and the health of the planet.

At the end of the day, my focus is simple, build strong partnerships, provide dependable solutions, and help the people and businesses I work with succeed while caring for the animals that mean so much to them.
