Karen Carey

As a coach, I am passionate about training in the areas of mind, body, spirit, and the human experience. As an entrepreneur, my mission is to help clients, both corporate and individual, find ways to elevate their life and business.

I do this by encouraging you to think beyond your perceived limitations. To break free and live a happy, purposeful, and conscious life. I see past what’s being said and work to unveil your truth using practical tools to guide you towards personal freedom and your ultimate success.

We do this together by creating a powerful vision, focusing on how to clearly communicate your goals, how to hold yourself accountable and by maintaining a frequency of success to guide you on your desired path.

Prior to coaching I studied in Europe, sharpening my skills as an educator, trainer, and consultant in business, relationships, teamwork, and leadership. Adding Health, Wellness, and Fitness disciplines to my list of services including; Yoga and NIA, Transpersonal Counseling, Reiki, Reflexology and Life/Business Coaching.
