About

Karen Rathbun

I’m Karen Rathbun, Vice President of Ministry Advancement at Word of Life Fellowship. My work brings together advancement, alumni relations, communications, and Bible Institute recruitment, all supporting one important mission: sharing the Gospel with every generation.

I enjoy building relationships, connecting people with meaningful opportunities, and helping others stay engaged with a ministry that has made a lasting difference in so many lives. With experience in advancement and alumni affairs, I work alongside teams and supporters to strengthen connections, encourage involvement, and help move our mission forward.

My work takes me across New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, where I have the opportunity to build relationships with alumni, ministry partners, and communities who share a passion for the Gospel. Whether I'm supporting fundraising efforts, leading a team, or finding new ways to engage alumni, I believe strong relationships are at the heart of lasting ministry impact.
