For nearly four decades, boating has been more than a passion—it's been a way of life. Boats, marinas, and life on the water have shaped my journey for as long as I can remember, and today I'm proud to serve as the Fixed Operations Manager with the rapidly growing, Brodie Marine Group.
In my role, I lead our service, parts, warranty, and customer support operations, working alongside an incredible team to ensure every customer encounters an exceptional ownership experience before, during, and long after they leave the dealership. I believe every interaction matters, and my goal is to make each experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
One of the things I enjoy most about my position is that no two days are ever the same. Whether I'm helping a customer solve a service concern, collaborating with our technicians, supporting our parts department, or working with our sales team, every day brings a new opportunity to serve our customers and strengthen our team.
In addition to leading our fixed operations, I also enjoy supporting our sales team by sharing my passion and extensive knowledge of Chaparral and Robalo boats. You'll find me representing Brodie Marine Group at boat shows, community events, and on the showroom floor, helping customers discover the right boat for their lifestyle. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone's excitement as they begin their boating journey.
A Lake George native, I grew up spending my summers on Skaneateles Lake, I became an avid boater at a young age. In fact, my very first job was at a local marina, where I made my daily commute in a trusty 1956 Grumman Runabout that was passed down from my grandfather. From those early days to today, the marine industry has never stopped feeling like home.
Many people know me as the "Queen of the Lake" because you'll often find me out on the water whenever I get the chance. Whether I'm helping customers, spending time with family and friends, or simply enjoying another beautiful day on one of our incredible Adirondack lakes, boating never loses its magic. If you see me on the water, don't hesitate to wave!
When I'm not on the water, I'm usually rolling up my sleeves and lending a hand wherever it's needed. I believe great teams are built through collaboration, mutual respect, and a willingness to help one another. No task is ever beneath me, and I take pride in leading by example.
I'm proud to live and work in a region where boating is such an important part of our lifestyle. Helping families and friends create lasting memories on the water is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do. Whether you're purchasing an oil filter, scheduling routine maintenance, or investing in the boat of your dreams, I'm committed to making your experience exceptional from start to finish.
