Hi, I'm Kate Alexander! Boats, marinas, and life on the water have been part of my story for as long as I can remember. Today, I serve as Fixed Operations Manager with Brodie Marine Group, where I help oversee the service, parts, and customer support side of the business, ensuring boaters receive exceptional care before, during, and after they hit the water.

Growing up around boats, I became an avid boater at a young age. In fact, my very first job was at a local marina, where I made my daily commute in a trusty 1956 Grumman Runabout. From those early days to now, the marine industry has never stopped feeling like home.

Customer service is at the heart of everything I do. Whether you're purchasing a simple oil filter, scheduling service, or investing in the boat of your dreams, I believe every interaction matters. My goal is to make every customer experience smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.

Many people know me as the "Queen of the Lake" because you'll often find me out on the water whenever I get the chance. Whether I'm helping customers, supporting my team, or enjoying a day on the lake with family and friends, boating never loses its magic.

When I'm not on the water, there's a good chance you'll find me rolling up my sleeves and lending a hand wherever it's needed. I believe great teams are built by working together, and no job is ever beneath me.
