With a background in mechanical engineering, project management, and Lean process improvement, I’ve spent years helping businesses untangle messy workflows, streamline operations, and make work feel less chaotic and a whole lot more manageable.

When the books are behind, employee procedures only exist in someone’s head, and every “quick meeting” somehow creates three new problems, that’s usually when I get the call.
