Kristin Chlopecki

I’m Kristin Chlopecki, Executive Director of Tri-County United Way in Glens Falls, where I’m passionate about bringing people together to create meaningful change. I’m a values-driven leader who believes that learning, collaboration, and a little creativity can go a long way.

My work centers on strengthening our communities across Warren, Washington, and Northern Saratoga Counties. I especially enjoy collaborating with local leaders and our Community Investment Committee to understand community needs and direct resources where they can make the greatest impact.

Before joining United Way, I built my career in fashion publishing in New York City and London. That experience gave me a unique perspective on business, creativity, and what it takes to bring people and ideas together.

Today, I’m proud to help advance Tri-County United Way’s mission by mobilizing the caring power of our community. I believe the best solutions happen when we work together, listen closely, and turn good ideas into real opportunities for people.
