Lauren Cygan

Hi, I’m Lauren Cygan, and I’m proud to serve as the Executive Director of the Family YMCA of the Glens Falls Area. Nestled in Glens Falls, in the beautiful Adirondack foothills near Lake George, our Y is more than a building—it’s a heartbeat of the community. My journey began in education and evolved through health and wellness, small business ownership, and nonprofit leadership, but the common thread has always been service. At the Y, I get to combine my passion for people with a commitment to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Every day, I’m inspired by the energy and generosity of our Glens Falls community, and I’m honored to help lead an organization that brings people together in such meaningful ways.
