Hey there! I'm Luke Dutcher, Owner and Senior Technican at OneByte Technologies LLC, and host of In OneByte and After The Shift Ends!

By day, I’m part of an amazing team at OneByte Technologies, where we help small and mid-sized businesses get their IT organized, their cybersecurity solid, and their compliance handled without sacrificing productivity or sleep. A big part of our work is guiding organizations through thoughtful, practical AI adoption, helping separate what genuinely adds value from what’s simply trending online. Our approach is straightforward and people-focused: no hype, no jargon, just technology that works and supports the way teams actually operate.

I host In OneByte, our flagship technology podcast focused on IT, AI, and real-world business challenges, and After the Shift Ends, a healthcare podcast acquired by OneByte that creates space for honest conversations about burnout, career transitions, and life beyond the bedside. Outside of business, I serve as an active firefighter and am pursuing my RN. These experiences that have shaped my appreciation for calm decision-making, clear communication, and systems that work when it matters most.
