Lyn Niemeyer

Hi, I’m Lyn Niemeyer, founder of LMNOP Advisors, where I help organizations untangle complexity, navigate change, and turn turbulence into forward momentum. After spending decades leading large corporate transformation efforts, I discovered that my favorite role is helping leaders see clearly when everyone else is busy staring at the fog.

The business challenge I am most passionate about is the uptick in generational business transfers we are seeing here in Upstate New York.  As a card-holding member of Generation-X, I understand what it means to take on the responsibilities of my aging parents while still working to get my children out of the house.  The family dyamic of generational business transfer is especially complex; charged with emotion and the re-thinking of traditional roles and past relationships as we move forward into new ones by necessity.

My career has given me experience leading through high-stakes environments and large, complex organizations, but I find that it is my high capacity for empathy that equips me to help business leaders achieve clarity, alignment, and results through tough transitions. Whether it’s building a strategy, adopting a digitally driven business model, or guiding a team through uncertainty, I believe progress happens when people have the courage to face reality, embrace change, and move forward together.
