Hi, I’m Lyn Niemeyer, founder of LMNOP Advisors, where I help organizations untangle complexity, navigate change, and turn turbulence into forward momentum. After spending decades leading large-scale transformation efforts, I discovered that my favorite role is helping leaders see clearly when everyone else is busy staring at the fog.
