Lynne Rittner

I’m Lynne Rittner, owner of Melo Vivere. In my work, I solve the problem of how to make sense of human behavior by looking beyond the behavior and tapping into thinking patterns, thinking processes, and how perceptions and beliefs drive our narratives.  

My background is in Social Work and Psychology, and I'm a Certified Practitioner with Herrmann International and the Whole Brain Dominance Instrument® and Whole Brain® Thinking. These give a unique perspective in the understanding of others and how to apply that understanding in and out of the workplace.

I have over 25 years’ experience partnering with small to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations around human and group behavior, the impact of change, and how to better communicate at work and in life. My approach is strategic and holistic always seeing multiple points of view.

I am also the organizer of DisruptHR Capital Region. This has allowed me to tap into my creative side with video editing, content creation, and graphic and layout design.

I am passionate about sparking others to see things in a new way. I believe that there is always a Plan B...or C. For as long as anyone can remember I have questioned the status quo and am always seeking to be a catalyst for change.

In my spare-time, you can find my wishing my sourdough starter would ripen in a timely manner, looking at houses on Redfin (and redesigning in my head), or cheering on my favorite team. Go Bills!
