I am a Mental Health Counselor located in Queensbury, NY. I work with people navigating a range of issues, including general life stressors and transitions, family conflict, addiction or substance use, depressed mood, anxiety, and trauma. I use techniques from a multitude of modalities including person-centered, CBT, and mindfulness-based.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My clients and I partner together to help them achieve a life where they feel more empowered, self-aware, and fulfilled. Therapy doesn't have to be scary. I aim to create a non-judgemental, compassionate, and exploratory space where we can work together towards change and healing.
