Marissa Madding

Hi, I’m Marissa, Executive Director of EO Albany, where my mission is simple: help entrepreneurs step into their most authentic, unstoppable selves, and maybe have a little fun along the way.

I have experience in hospitality, healthcare, and my own entrepreneurial journey in agriculture, including running aquaponics greenhouses and local farm stands. Those chapters taught me resilience, creativity, and, most importantly, that being part of a strong community is essential for real growth.

These days, I’m all about building connections, creating meaningful experiences, and making sure our members feel seen, supported, and inspired. I work across the entire EO Albany community from the EO Chapter to Accelerator to Catalyst serving as part strategist, part cheerleader, and part event ninja. My goal is to ensure every program runs smoothly while leaving plenty of room for learning, laughter, and genuine connection.

At my core, my WHY is to empower others to become their authentic self. When people feel safe to show up fully as who they are, they unlock extraordinary potential. My job is to help make that possible, one entrepreneur at a time.
