Megan Koloskie

Hi, I’m Megan Koloskie, and yes, I get to spend my days hanging out with horses, but in the most professional, life-changing way possible! As Development Manager at Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, I mix marketing, fundraising, and event-planning magic to help people (and horses!) experience the transformative power of equine therapy.

Originally from Las Vegas, I now call Saratoga Springs home, where I lead initiatives that expand our reach, build meaningful community partnerships, and create events that leave supporters inspired. I thrive on connecting people, ideas, and resources to make a real difference in our community, sometimes with spreadsheets, sometimes with carrots for the horses.

When I’m not championing horses and humans, you’ll find me with my daughter Piper, my dog Carmen, hiking, boating, doing yoga, reading, or sneaking in a well-deserved nap. Because even superheroes need a break!
