Miriam Dushane

Hi, I’m Miriam Dushane, and I’ve been wrangling humans, professionally, of course, for nearly 30 years. As an HR executive, I’ve built careers, rescued companies from compliance chaos, and somehow convinced thousands of professionals to trust me with their futures (and yes, I keep count).

I led Alaant Workforce Solutions to national recognition (Forbes and Best of Staffing® awards, eight years running) because apparently, I’m good at turning spreadsheets and strategy into results… and bragging rights.

These days, I’m the Vice President of HR Consulting at Pioneer, where I help small and mid-sized businesses navigate HR headaches without losing their minds—or their sense of humor. I’m certified, community-involved, board-hopping, and occasionally prone to telling people the exact way things “should” be done—but always with a smile.
