Natalie Venon

My name is Dr. Natalie Venon. While I wear several ‘hats’, I am here today to tell you about my role as an independent financial strategist with the Miliare Group. We are a non-captive agency meaning I am not employed by any one specific company. Rather, I represent the financial industry and have access to over 190 A-rated companies including Nationwide, Pacific Life, and Transamerica. I am licensed in NY and several other states in Life and Health Insurance and I teach people how to save money, pay less in taxes, get out of debt, and retire early.

From a very young age, caregiving has always been my calling. For all of my adult career I have worked in the healthcare as a respiratory therapist and a researcher. In fact, I came to this area in 1995 and spearheaded the start-up of the cardiac catheterization lab at Glens Falls Hospital. Now, I provide ‘wealth’ care to individuals and help strengthen their financial health and wellbeing.

I really love serving others and the joy I receive knowing the knowledge and training I provide has helped improve someone’s life for the better.

What is important to know about our company is our mission and approach to helping families. We adopt a ‘no family left behind’ philosophy. While most companies are more than happy to assist the top 10% of wealthy families, we are dedicated to helping all families improve their financial status and achieve their life dreams. We have a comprehensive approach to financial wellness that begins with a thorough assessment. From there we devise a ‘care plan’ tailored to individual needs with the aim of improving cash flow, building emergency funds, debt management, proper protection, as well as wealth management and preservation.

I joined the Miliare Group through the encouragement of my daughter. Sarah joined the financial services business several years ago. She has been having great success and truly loves the supportive work culture. Sarah suggested I consider working with her as I possess the qualities of very successful people including my passion for helping others, and a doctorate in organizational leadership.

I obtained my license within a few weeks and began rigorous training to become a certified field trainer. What I have found is an incredibly supportive environment of people from various backgrounds and life experiences, all committed to helping average people achieve financial freedom.

My vision is to provide exceptional ‘wealth’ care to families to help them maximize their retirement goals and to help elevate and mentor other people interested in a career in finance to their greatest potential.
