Neil H. Lebowitz

I’m Neil H. Lebowitz of Neil H. Lebowitz, Attorney at Law, serving clients from my law office in Glens Falls, New York. I’ve been practicing law for more than 30 years, with a focus on business, real estate, municipal, intellectual property, and civil litigation matters.

My path to practicing law was a little unconventional. I studied American history at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, including graduate work focused on American political and social history. That background taught me to look closely at evidence, understand different perspectives, and appreciate that there are usually at least two sides to every story.

Today, I bring that analytical approach to helping individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations solve legal problems and make informed decisions. I focus on planning, risk analysis, negotiation, and practical solutions, whether I’m handling a transaction or a contested matter.

I’m also a longtime Glens Falls resident who enjoys movies, exercise, and the occasional good historical rabbit hole.
