Pat Fish, M.S. in I/O Psychology, is an expert in Circle practices, specializing in building peer networks of support within school and organizational environments. These interconnected support systems act as a form of suicide prevention rather than intervention, providing emotional, social, and practical aid to individuals. This approach enhances protective factors and reduces risks of hopelessness.

Since joining Sweethearts & Heroes in 2019, Pat has facilitated transformative circle sessions in hundreds of schools, gaining deep insights into cultivating a thriving Circle culture tailored to meet each school's unique needs.

With a focus on actionable empathy and community connection, Pat equips students and educators with the tools to foster a supportive atmosphere where students feel empowered to be Sweethearts & Heroes for one another.

He has dedicated thousands of hours to facilitating engaging circle sessions in various educational and organizational contexts, customizing his approach to meet the distinct needs of each institution while promoting open dialogue and community participation. In addition to his work in schools, Pat is the author of Boredom School: For Those Bored in School, a poetry book that reflects on the challenges students face in traditional educational settings.
