About
Patrick Neill
My first taste of entrepreneurship came at the flea market, selling candy to anyone who’d stop by my table. Sports were a big part of my early life—whether it was hockey, boxing, or running cross country and track, I thrived on pushing myself and competing.
As a first-generation American, I was proud to be the first in my family to join the military and go to college. I earned my spot at West Point and graduated in 2012 as a logistics officer. Over the next 13 years, I went from Private to Captain, moved my family 12 times, and learned more about leadership, resilience, and teamwork than I could have imagined.
Life threw me a curve-ball when an injury led to a year-long recovery and, ultimately, medical retirement. But stepping out of the Army didn’t mean stepping away from challenges. In 2021, I opened a franchise location of The Brothers that just do Gutters—a new mission, this time in business.
Giving back to the community that shaped me has always been important. Recently, we launched an initiative called Gutters for Good, where we provide a free gutter system to a Veteran in need. It’s our way of honoring those who served and strengthen our commitment to those facing hardship.
For me, it’s always been about moving forward, taking the leap, and finding the next adventure—whether on the ice, in uniform, or running a company.
