Paul Graver

I am Paul Graver, the owner of EXSETIS Consulting, a firm focused on quality and process improvement. I started EXSETIS Consulting after over 30 years of experience in the paper industry, with much of my career focused on quality and process improvement, and a history of hands-on leadership in quality assurance and quality control, facility operations, technical support, material management, and production management.

For 20 years of those years, I led the Technical Service and Quality teams at Mohawk Fine Papers Inc in Cohoes NY, achieving the position of Vice President. My focus was developing and enhancing the quality and customer technical service efforts and developing quality protocols for the entire company, including satellite locations, sub-contractor converters, and remote warehouses.  I was actively involved with process improvement projects, new product specification development and production rollouts, customer technical support, FSC certification, and developed data analysis methods and tools to assist in quality assurance and complaint analysis.

As the name EXSETIS implies, I offer an "extra set of eyes" to help companies examine their processes, identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions. I offer assistance to get beyond the status quo or limited improvements that can often be accepted as OK, simply due to lack of time and resources.  Although my specific expertise is in paper products and print performance, I can apply my experience and expertise to any operation or manufacturing process.  Always happy to explore possibilities - let's start with a conversation!
