PJ Motsiff

Accomplished educational leader with over 30 years experience empowering youth across recreational and social settings. I founded a soccer academy that became a platform for developing world-class players. After achieving success, I pivoted to pursue my passion for nurturing student and teacher potential within the classroom setting.

By combining my past experiences of coaching and teaching, I have become a blissiplinarian – helping others focus on self-driven happiness and personal growth. In my roles as teacher, coach, and now administrator, I provide mentorship, guiding young teens and adults to build confidence, purpose and interpersonal skills that unlock their potential.

I lead staff training on relationship-building and design meaningful learning that is centered on dreamitation – reflective practices for self-discovery. My current focus is spreading social-emotional education that equips students, or teenfluencers, with self-awareness and healthy habits to drive social goodness amongst peers.
