Reid Johnson

Hi, I'm Reid Johnson, and if there's a way to turn a corporate meeting, community event, or Adirondack getaway into an unforgettable experience, I'm probably already building a spreadsheet for it.

With more than 16 years of experience in operations, marketing, and event leadership, I've learned that success isn't luck, it's preparation. My career has taken me from food service and church camps to overseeing operations for 14 clubs across the U.S. and Canada. Along the way, I've become equal parts strategist, event planner, photographer, videographer, problem solver, and occasional fire extinguisher for last minute surprises.

Today, as Sales Manager at The Lodge at Schroon Lake, I help bring groups, meetings, retreats, and community partnerships to one of the Adirondacks' most beautiful destinations. Nestled on 36 lakeside acres with cabins, chalets, private waterfront access, and enough Adirondack charm to make your stress disappear, it's the perfect place to connect, recharge, and create memories.

My philosophy is simple: keep the porch light on, make people feel welcome, and always have a plan. Because when everyone else is hoping things go smoothly, I'm already three steps ahead.
