Ron Baker

My name is Ron Baker and I have been at M & M for about 6 months but have known Matt (owner) for 20 years.  I worked for my previous employer for 31 years before making the move to M & M.

I have been in leadership positions for last 25 years running various facilities, production areas and warehouses. I am not really sure if I have a "specialty" but I do have a philosophy that there is always a better way to do something, no matter what, there is always room for improvement.

It won't be a surprise to people that know me but I am not a person that likes to be the center of attention. I enjoy using my skills to help my team grow and feel a sense of accomplishment when I see people around me succeed. Over the years I have built tools and processes for my team to succeed and grow.

At M & M Digital Printing we pride ourselves on quality and customer service. Our goal is to complete every job as fast as we can but do not cut corners on quality. We are truly here for our customers and care about their projects as much as we do our own business.
