Hi, I'm Serena Amlie, Managing Director, Valuation and ESOP Advisory with GBQ Capital Advisors. My practice focuses on providing business valuation services for estate and gift tax, corporate planning, shareholder buyouts, executive compensation, and other matters.

I also specialize in helping business owners transition ownership to employee stock ownership plans ("ESOPs").

I am the co-founder of the ESOP Alliance, a Member of the Valuation Advisory Committee of the ESOP Association, and President of the New York/New Jersey Chapter of the ESOP Association.

I am also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and hold the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
