Serena Amlie

Hi, I’m Serena Amlie, Vice President and ESOP Client Advisor with Spinnaker Trust. We provide trustee services to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) in the Northeast and New England regions. In my role at Spinnaker, I work with business owners looking to transition their business to an employee-owned model. After the transition, Spinnaker serves as a fiduciary representing the employees as the beneficial owners of the business.

I am the co-founder of the ESOP Alliance, an Associate Member of the Valuation Advisory Committee of the ESOP Association, and President of the New York/New Jersey Chapter of the ESOP Association. I am also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and hold the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
