Todd Stevens

I help businesses find and create the best possible environment to do what they do best, grow, perform, and succeed. I’m Todd Stevens, and at Cresa, I work with organizations to navigate the complex world of commercial real estate without the confusion, jargon, or unnecessary headaches that usually come with it.

My job is to sit on the occupier’s side of the table, which basically means I’m not trying to sell you space, you already have enough people trying to do that. Instead, I focus on strategy: where you should be, why it matters, and how your space can actually support your people and your goals instead of working against them.

Some days that means helping a company expand. Other days it means shrinking their footprint without shrinking their ambition. And occasionally it means translating “real estate speak” into actual human language.
