Tori Buzzelli

I’m Tori Buzzelli, an attorney dedicated to helping nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations move their missions forward.

My practice focuses exclusively on the nonprofit sector, where I advise boards, executives, and nonprofit leaders on the legal and strategic challenges they face.

I bring a unique mix of nonprofit law experience and sophisticated corporate transactional experience. Before joining Hurwit & Associates, I led the Not-for-Profit Practice at Meliora Law and previously practiced corporate and nonprofit law at Harter Secrest & Emery.

Today, I help nonprofits navigate governance, regulatory compliance, fundraising, strategic growth, and complex organizational transitions. I believe legal guidance should be practical, thoughtful, and tailored to each organization’s goals.

I’m especially passionate about supporting organizations that strengthen communities and create lasting impact. Outside of practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the Adirondacks, and sharing outdoor adventures with my daughter, Jade.
