Vicki Marking

Hi, I’m Vicki Marking, and I’ve been navigating the ever-changing world of sales and marketing for over 25 years!  Yes, I’ve definitely seen a few trends come and go.  For more than 15 of those years, I’ve proudly been part of Champlain Technology Group and its subsidiaries (first PrimeLink and now LayerEight), helping connect people, technology, and smart strategy (without breaking the Wi-Fi).

My career has spanned retail, healthcare, nonprofits, and now telecommunications and IT, proving that great marketing is great marketing, no matter the industry. I’m a St. Lawrence University grad, completed graduate work at SUNY Plattsburgh, and I even spend time on and off as an adjunct instructor at SUNY Plattsburgh because apparently I enjoy talking about marketing that much!

Outside the office, I stay active with community work through the United Way of the Adirondack Region and the CVPH (Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital) Foundation.

Bottom line? I love building relationships, driving growth, and making marketing both effective and a little fun along the way.
