Hi, I’m Demetria Koninis, a cellist, sound practitioner, and corporate wellness event elevator. I create restorative experiences that help people slow down, breathe, and truly reset.

Through the grounding vibration of the cello, breathwork, sound healing instruments, chimes, and intentional stillness, I guide groups toward greater calm, clarity, and presence.

My signature offering, The Cello Experience, brings a different kind of wellness experience to corporate events, retreats, conferences, and higher education. This isn’t background music. And it’s not another wellness talk disguised as a meeting.

It’s an immersive opportunity to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
